Birch Coffee Co. began as a shared idea between two sisters, shaped by family and a love for good coffee. Our goal was never just to serve drinks — it was to pour love into every cup.
We both work in healthcare, and serving others has always been at the heart of what we do. Over time, we felt called to serve people beyond our workplaces and to be part of the small moments that start someone’s day. A cup of coffee felt like the perfect place to begin.
